A two-person studio in Amsterdam. Shiri leads design. Eyal leads development. We made Geo Climber.

§01 · What we make

One game. Geo Climber.

A vertical-climber arcade game for iOS. You climb from Earth’s inner core to the summit of Everest, through real geological layers, chaining combos as the camera closes in from below. It’s free to play. The only thing to collect is another floor.

We're Shiri and Eyal. Married, Israeli, living in Amsterdam since 2024. We started Twikkel because we kept doing the same thing for friends and their businesses anyway: making things look right and making them work.

Shiri leads design. Brand identities, social content, photography, the visual side of everything we ship. Eyal leads development. Websites, apps, infrastructure, the technical side. Between us, a project goes from idea to live without leaving the room.

Geo Climber is one of our projects, an iOS climbing game we've been building slowly. Every release gets a journal entry.

§03 · How we build

Three working principles.

  1. Principle I

    Built in public

Every release ships with a journal entry. What worked, what broke, what we're doing next. Players read it and tell us when we got it wrong.

  2. Principle II

    Craft over noise

A small game made with care beats a big one made in a hurry. We work in vertical slices, screenshot every change, and only ship a build after we've played it ourselves.

  3. Principle III

    No forced ads, no paywalls

Geo Climber is free. The only ads are the ones you tap to watch for a reward. They never interrupt play, they never block progress, and there's no energy meter dressed up as a timer.

§04 · Thanks

To everyone who made this possible.

To the beta testers who filed the awkward bug reports. To the Discord regulars who told us when something felt off. To Swift, Metal, Next.js, Fastify, Prisma, Tailwind, and the rest of the open toolchains we lean on. And to Claude, the extra pair of hands. None of this ships without you.
